- Every shed is built using new #2 and better materials.
- All floors are framed with Fully pressure treated 2x6 lumber 16" on center.
- Floors are decked with premium 3/4" T&G plywood.
- 8 ft. 2x4 walls framed 24 in. OC (16" on center for premium packages or upon request).
- Pre-primed LP Smartside siding.
- Pre-primed wood fascia and trims.
- In house made trusses glued and fastened together with plywood gussets (no v rafters with gangnail plates).
- Black 30 yr. architectural roof shingles with 30# felt paper and drip metal.
- Basic packages include a 38" shed door and 2 wall vents
Many of our standard inclusions like fully treated 2x6 floor framing with 3/4" plywood T&G decking and 8 ft. wall heights are standards from us and upgrades from the other guys.
